I had such a positive experience with Mr. Rooter. This was the first time I called them. They called me back immediately on a Saturday evening and had someone at my home the following morning. The professionalism and quality of work was awesome. I highly recommend them and will be using them again when I need something done again.

Mr. Spence, the technician, was a professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. He was careful in his approach and resolved the issue quickly. He was also very conscientious and made sure his efforts completely resolved the problem. He also left the area spotless. Would definitely call and rely on this company again.

It was a very positive experience. The company called to let me know that the plumber was running later than the timeframe they had given me, but they had given me a two-hour window. He arrived about half an hour later than expected, but I did appreciate the phone call, and I had a bathroom sink, a bathtub sink drain, and a kitchen sink that worked totally clogged, and within half an hour 45 minutes, they had me all good to go. He was polite and informative, and I thought it was very reasonably priced and highly recommend.
